Hey you, I'm Jan Ditchfield.

I’m a business strategist, podcast host, and longtime nonprofit founder who somehow found herself building an online business in her forties — and having to relearn almost everything along the way. I’ve spent over 25 years in leadership, sales, and marketing, raised more than $25 million, and built organizations from the ground up… but the online world was a whole different game.

I’m equal parts obsessed with good strategy and deeply allergic to unnecessary noise. I care about businesses that pay the bills, respect real life, and don’t require constant hustle or performance to stay afloat. I’m a mum, I work from a little corner in my home, I value calm more than chaos, and I believe structure is what actually creates freedom.
