CANADIAN WOMEN ARE MAKING PODCASTS WORTH HEARING
Now let's help more people find them.
Over the month of November, we'll work through it together so you can:
Get discovered by more of the right people
Welcome new Canadian and International listeners to your show
Turn those listeners into followers who keep coming back
Build the momentum to climb the charts
YOU'VE ALREADY DONE THE HARD PART.
YOU STARTED A PODCAST.
But getting it found is a whole other thing.
If you're a Canadian woman hosting a podcast for your business, you might be feeling some of this:
Watching other shows hit the podcast charts and wondering what actually got them there
Creating great episodes that aren't getting discovered by enough of the right people
Promoting your podcast without knowing what's actually moving the needle
Hearing that SEO matters, but not knowing which keywords your show should be found for
Learning a strategy, then never finding the time to put it into action
Following podcast advice that was never built with Canada in mind
Trying to find Canadian women on the podcast charts is harder than it should be. Not because our voices aren't worth hearing, but because our shows aren't being found.
This November, let's change that — together.
A PODCAST SEO + VISABILITY STRATEGY IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET CANADIAN WOMEN'S VOICES HEARD ON THE PODCAST CHARTS.
Your voice can't be heard if your show can't be found.
Every day, people open their podcast app and search for exactly what you talk about. When your keywords are right, they can actually find you. When they're not, your show stays hidden, no matter how good it is.
Podcast SEO and visibility rankings are a big part of the strategy behind the 1,000+ chart appearances I've earned with my clients. Yet most podcasters guess at their keywords or skip this step altogether. So that's where we'll start. I'll show you how to find the keywords your future listeners are already searching for and master your show's visibility.
Because... before your podcast can chart, it has to be found.
"I made a few changes after listening to Jan's trainings on podcast SEO, and my podcast jumped 100,000 spots in the global rankings. Jan knows her stuff!"

CANADIAN WOMEN ARE BUILDING INCREDIBLE BUSINESSES WITH PODCASTS. THIS NOVEMBER, LET'S MAKE A WAVE ON THE PODCAST CHARTS — TOGETHER.
INTRODUCING
THE CANADIAN CHART CHALLENGE
A free podcast growth challenge this November for Canadian women entrepreneurs who are ready to get their podcasts discovered and their voices heard on the charts.
ONE MONTH · CANADIAN EXPERTS · ONE SHARED GOAL
HERE'S HOW WE'RE GOING TO GET YOUR PODCAST CHART-READY.
This isn't a challenge where you watch the training and are left to figure out the rest. We'll do the work together, one step at a time.
GET SET UP
(November 2–8)
We'll start by measuring where your show is today: your visibility score and your current chart rankings. That way, at the end of the month, you can see exactly how far your show has come and the bigger impact it has had on your authority and business.
GET CHART-READY
(November 9–15)
It all starts with setting up your podcast SEO - the keywords your future listeners are already searching for. Then short daily trainings and checklists help you get your branding, content, show notes, sound, calls to action and listener experience ready for new listeners.
GET DISCOVERED
(November 16–30)
Every few days, you'll get a clear next step to implement and build on your momentum to help new listeners in Canada and beyond find your show, customized to your own publishing schedule and promotional bandwidth.
Â
And all month long, I'm right there with you! We'll check in, bring your questions to the live Q&As and cheer each other on, as we celebrate every chart milestone for another Canadian woman together.

MEET YOUR HOST
Hi, I’m Jan Ditchfield — Canada’s leading podcast business strategist for women entrepreneurs + host of two top-charting Canadian podcasts.
I’ve been using podcasting to grow my business since 2020, and in that time, my shows have helped me build a half-a-million-dollar business, grow my authority and create opportunities I never could have planned for when I first sat down behind a microphone.
Today, I work with women entrepreneurs to do the same — building podcasts that get discovered, climb the charts and become a strategic part of how they grow their businesses. 99% of the women I’ve worked with on their podcast strategy have gone on to rank on the podcast charts, and together, my clients and I have earned over 1,000 chart appearances.
And as much as I love seeing the women I work with climb the podcast charts, there's something I want to see change.
There still aren't nearly enough Canadian women on those charts. Even here in our own country.
It's not because we lack the talent, the expertise or the incredible podcasts worth listening to. We have all of that. But too many of our shows simply aren't getting the visibility they deserve.
And after years of helping women grow their audiences and get their podcasts onto the charts, I know what a difference having the right strategy can make.
That's why I created The Canadian Chart Challenge — to bring Canadian women together for one month of podcast optimization, strategic promotion and audience growth, with one big goal in mind.
To see just how many Canadian women we can get onto the podcast charts this November.
Because I don't just want to see more Canadian women charting here at home. I want to see our voices climbing the charts around the world.
We've got the talent. We've got the expertise. Now let's get more of us onto those charts.
And I'd love for your podcast to be one of them.
