Hi. I'm Jan Ditchfield.
I'm a Canadian podcast business growth strategist, entrepreneur and the host of two podcasts of my own. I came to podcasting from more than 25 years in business and leadership, so I've always looked at a podcast a little differently. Not as content to keep producing, but as a business asset that should actually do something.
Today, I specialize in the strategy behind podcasts that get found, build authority, grow businesses and climb the charts. My own shows have ranked as high as #11 and #30 in Canada, and 99% of the women I've worked with have achieved a podcast chart ranking of their own.
But the more time I've spent working in this industry, the more I've also seen what's missing here at home.
Canadian women are making exceptional podcasts. We just haven't had one place built specifically to help us find each other, grow together and create more opportunities for one another.
That's why I built The Show.
I want a place where I can bring everything I know about podcast growth, discoverability and business strategy into the room, while building something bigger alongside the women in it. I've spent the last five months quietly building and testing The Show behind the scenes. Now, it's ready — and I'm opening the doors.
Because I don't just want to help more Canadian women make podcasts. I want more people listening to them.
